🎤 Hosts:
Eliza Hobo (TNO) – Scientist in Responsible AI. Eliza’s work focusses on Fairness and bias in AI, exploring how biases occur in AI models and what the real world harms of those are, specifically for marginalised people.
Quirine Smit (TNO) – Scientist Responsible Hybrid AI. Quirine’s work combines different types of AI to combine the strengths of these approaches for more responsible and fair AI.

To support tech professionals in recognising the limitations of fairness tools and incorporating intersectional thinking into the design, development, and evaluation of AI systems.
